I have worked as a PRO Since 2010 in several environments such handling customer affairs in Sri Lankan Administration, Qatar Administrative systems and Saudi Arabian systems in three languages; English, Arabic and Tamil.
Further, the ability to working as a team, creative thinking and trying to be a special and valuable person on working and having ability to make pleasant relationship with others and having efficient communication skills
Key Responsiblities
- Answer and direct phone calls, Email and etc.
- Maintaining employees’ services.
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Maintain relationship with clients.
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Order office supplies
- Provide general support to visitors
- Generate reports and Prepare invoices
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Write letters and emails on behalf of other office staff
- Maintain computer and manual filing systems
