New fraud going in corniche, souq wakif area

A pakistani guy, who says he is afghani approaches people and comments either on their fat belly, dark circles, white hairs anything and says he knows a good medicine which can give instant cure. His speaking manner is very impressive and people get carried away by his style. He then takes you to some shop where he says the medicine is available. While the shopkeepers tell you the price, this fellow mixes some brown powder in some black seed oil which he makes you to buy locally before going to the designated shop.  After mixing all powders, they demand huge money like 2000 to 3000 QAR, saying that the powder is original kasturi, pandela etc and will give instant result. They all are one team and bully you to paying. This guy changes his name saying Badshah khan, sometimes sardar or shafir and his mobile no is 55274329.Previously they had their bogus shop in AL JABOR mall near Fanar masjid, but the neighbouring shop keepers looking at their loot, asked them to vacate the shop.  Latest i understand these people have opened a new shop close to their previous shop i.e opp Fanar masjid, close to national exchange, where they are using the RAHEEMA SUPER MARKET board of the shop they have rented. The brown powders which they sell is not medically fit too, it could have a serious diseffect or allergy on anybody.  All these bogus people are not medically qualified whatsoever and are only target to brainwash non arab people like bangladeshi, india, nepali etc.  Request people who have contacts in medical council to brief them about these fraud people and conduct surprise raid on the given shop. Needless to mention, they do not have any bill book or visiting card and no shop name too.
