Family visa

Hello All, I am in Qatar with a family visit visa, my sponsor is my sister. I am interested in finding a job here and hopefully change my visa. Is my visa transferable? I heard that it's even illegal to sit for interview or apply for a job with family visa. Can somebody please tell me what's true

Sam, That is not for you to worry.

Please get a job and sit down.

Your sponsor will do every thing, everything means everything to get you visa with pride .......

There is no harm in applying for a job and attending the interviews while you are on visiting visa. But, you cannot transfer the current visa to an employment visa.

If you are called for an interview, ask the Employer regarding the visa availability, because they have to exist the Country and to come back on a new employment visa.
