RP Cancellation
Sir/Madam,
Thank you in advance. Please advice me regarding below two queries.
1) Is it possible to check wether my company cancelled my Visa or not online as I am leaving qatar for good.
2) Wether I have to surrender my RP ID card to my company or at immigration at airport.

Yes, you are right.
When my friend left he had with him the hard copy of the cancellation of visa document from the ministry immigration and passport with him. This was given to him by his company. He also took along with him his Qatar ID which he surrendered at the airport immigration as it was asked for by the authorities.
Thank you sir, so MY RP will be taken by airport authorities at immigration and I have to submit the original visa cancellation document at Airport immigration
Yes, it is possible but I suggest you ask your company to give you a hard copy printout of the cancellation of the visa. They can do it within seconds through their computer. Make a copy of it for your files. The original document of the cancellation will be kept at the airport by the immigration people.
It is up to your company if they wish to have the company's ID back but as for the Qatar ID, the people at the immigration desk at the airport will ask you for it and you will need to hand it over to them.
I am stating the above as recently one of my colleagues was in a similar situation as yours. He went back home.
