AoA Sir/Madam

I am 42 year old Male, here in Qatar on Govt Visa. I am undergoing Medical Fitness. I was diagnosed Pleaural Effusion 20 year ago (1998). It was fully treated 9 month as govt employee in Pakistan under classified Medical specialist. On Xray at Qatar, I have been advised PPD test.

What diificulties may i have to face? Or may be me medically Fit??

Is it requiremnet to give treatment in Qatar before declaring UNFIT.

Any one cane help if i have been given UNFIT with understanding my case
