Family Visit visa got cancelled on metrash2

Dear All Have Good day

I had applied family vist visa through Metrash2 for my brother and for his spouse, for brother it has approved and for his spouse got canceled, what i should do next? should i reapply or shoud go to MOI iffice,thanks for your time efforts on response .

I have got same experience. Try again. Ensure all the documents are very clear and attached necessary documents only. It will get approved.
