My name exceed 5 boxes allotted for the name in visa

Good Day,

I am a first timer to Doha. I Was been issued already a working visa yet the problem was there is only 5 slots for the name while I got a name which needs 6. What will be the solution for this? Everything is correct only my surname should be dela cruz and it became cruz only. Is there any way to fix it as it is very strict here in philippines regarding names and spellings. I hope someone in the same issue can enlighten me.

My employer said its due to the visa dorm there is only 5 boxes in visa application for the name ans my name needs 6.

Dear,

Please be noted, the VISA name & it's spelling must be matched with the name & it's spelling is mentioned in your PASSPORT,

for correction I think you should approach to your sponsor/or mandoop who was your visa processor
