I lost my degree certificate 8 months before

I have been staying near Al-Sadd Stadium from Jan 2019 to August 2019 in two adjacent rooms. When i shifted to another room nearby the first one after some months i forgot to take my degree certificate. It comprised my certificates from S.S.L.C. to College along with computer diploma and work experience certificates. In Aug. I had to vacate the room to go my native in long leave to treat my neck problems (torticollis) Now i came back to Doha then only i came to know that I have lost my college certificate. The certificates have been filed in a plastic transparent folder in a dark blue file. I am much vexed up due to the loss of my certificates. I think other occupants to the room might have taken it by mistake and thrown it away. Now i desperately need my certificates now. Perhaps some dust cleaner if took it and handed over it to the concerned department i have the chance to get back it. Could you please suggest and help in retrieving it?
