Plzzzz Help !!

I m from India and got an offer from Qatar. As premedical test is require before to leave India, i have done it, however they have declared me unfit after seen X-ray ( 1- normal test 2- 5 angle x ray from the same hospital ) and also not sharing reports / diasese details with me and my sponsor. before this medical test, i had done full body checkup from a reputated hospital and didn't find any issue at all .

could someone plz help me what options i have available now ? i read other post here and found if some one has issue with his x-ray in qatar then ask to do another test ( sputum test ) then why are they not asking me to do this test in India .
