Hi, Can anyone tell where can i find betel leaves or betel plant in Qatar. I require it for my babies medication. Also known as Paan in Hindi & vethali in tamil.
Very true. Turmeric, garlic, ginger and cinnamon are some examples where natural spices work wonders.
But while writing your comments you overlooked something. The comments I had posted was in three parts. You grabbed the first and the last part and hit back with full force. The middle part which carried the helpful message was simply thrown out.
I would have used the two words "thank you" for the part that was helping you out. But then ...
Second time posting. Yes! Because i couldnt find my first posting on my post, thats y. I even searched at few places where I couldnt find it.
Outdated medication! No way.. It is olden days medication which is more healthy than present ones & i'm visually seeing & experiencing the effectiveness of it.
This is the second time within a week you have posted this requirement at QL.
You will not find a betel plant in Qatar or anywhere in the region as the weather of this area does not support the growth of this plant. I doubt very much if you will be able to find betel leaf in anywhere in Qatar. But try checking at some baqalas or restaurants being run by Bangladeshis. There are many of them on Muaither Street (commonly known as Shara e Tejari) around Bangla Store. There is a chance (very small though) you may run into someone who knows where to find this item.
By the way, is the use of betel leaf not a very outdated form of medication?
