Is it possible to extend some more months after her6 months visit visa expired?

My family now in Qatar due to current situation I want to extend my family visit visa.besacuse she is now praganent.please give me some ideas.

Yes, it is possible.

Get hold of a medical report from the clinic she is visiting. Then go over to the passport & immigration office at Gharaffa with your wife's passport and the medical report. Meet the Captain and he will assist you. They are very understanding and cooperative people. I guess your wife should be in her sixth month of stay in Doha for the authorities to consider the extension.
