I am Asraf Abdul Majeedu from Sri Lanak, have over 25 years of experience (including 18 years in the GCC) in Finance and Audit, having held roles such as Finance Manager, Chief Accountant/Assistant Financial Controller, and Auditor.

I possess a strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), International Accounting Standards (IAS), and GAAP, along with a proven ability to produce dynamic financial statements in accordance with company accounting policies.

My expertise includes preparing financial reports, analyzing data, developing chart of accounts, and creating accounting policies.

I also have extensive experience in internal and external auditing, cash flow management, inventory control, cost control, and budgeting.

I have successfully worked in pre-opening hotel projects and possess a solid understanding of setting up pre opening business structures across various industries, including hospitality, retail, construction, and engineering.

With more than 23 years of hands-on experience in MS Office applications, I am highly proficient in MS Excel and Word. I also have extensive knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Sun (Fidelio), Vision, Micros, Opera, Peachtree, and Tally Accounting Software.

Additionally, I hold diplomas in Web Designing and Network Administration.

I am having excellence command in administration, very good personality, healthy, proactive, hard working minded and abilities to work in multi national working environments.
