About End Of Service Amount

I have 1 year contract mentioned in my offer letter after that company would have renewed so I suppose my contract now is again 1 year which I will complete by this December.....

My question is after this can I ask end of service as I am planning of termination along with NOC.....

Someone please guide me!

But even after finishing the contract period we cant get the NOC since I gave noc to my sponsor and legally giving here notice period also ...

If you have just an "offer letter" and no legalized contract, you will get nothing. Also, the NOC is up to the management of your company to give you one or to refuse it.
