As a civil engineer 10+ years experience in KSA and Qatar in high profile projects from start to end of construction stage including extensive experience in civil, Structure, and architecture. like metro stations, tunnels, school and hospital buildings, villas, high-rise buildings cast in place and precast. Interface project, Sika and BASF waterproof system, Peri shuttering system, excavation & backfilling, paint work. Has a very strong knowledge how to manage all departments to work together in one loop without conflict by creating the flow process for each department, construction methods and sequence, quality control and Quality assurance. Responsible leader for the following departments as an project engineer site supervision, quality and safety at construction sites.quality control and Quality assurance, site store, administration &logistic, transportation. Has a capacity to coordinate and manage multidisciplinary teams with varied professional and cultural background, demonstrating, leadership, flexibility, creativity and innovation. Has an extensive experience in problem solving allowing him to play a key role in overcoming the challenges and constraints of complex project. Well familiar with QCS-2014 Strong knowledge of engineering softwares.
