In a tweet on its official Twitter page, the Ministry said these are the "conditions to be followed for vehicles during the National Day Celebrations from 15 to 21 December 2020."
The guidelines include the following:

2. Do not hide the front and rear number plates
3. Do not get out of the windows
4. Do not change the colors of the vehicle
The Ministry reiterated that no more than four people, including the driver, should be present in a vehicle. However, families are exempted from this requirement.
The Ministry also cautioned on the use of a facemask, which is mandatory in public and one of the key preventive measures against the spread of COVID-19.
Qatar National Day is marked on December 18 annually. It is one of the most-awaited special occasions in the country celebrated with great enthusiasm by citizens and residents alike. The day comes as an opportunity to display love, pride, and gratitude for the country and its founders.
