Visa Transfer even One year not completed ( only 3 month completed )

I would like to ask, I transferred my visa to New Company on 27/11/2020, it is my second time transfer ,I want to know whether can I change co / transfer visa to another new if I could get new better job my visa transfer period as under=

from 23-03-2018 to 30-11-2019 (Leaved due to get Good Job)
From 1-12-2020 to 26-11-2020 (Terminated due to COVID-19 Pandemic)
from 27-11-2020 to till date, (Current Sponsor) If I transferred visa on 27-11-2020, so I can change / transfer visa to another new co. is it possible?

You can't change sponsorship before your I'd finished. You can work other company by taking 6 months or other paper approval.

I guess no good employer should hire you as you change jobs more number of times than you change your underwear.
