While the job market has plenty of opportunities, according to Timothy, it has been somewhat challenging dealing with the new norm. Among other things, he highlighted mandate protocols for candidate’s transfer of sponsorship, doing PCR tests and so on.

"I think the main thing is that we can only overcome those challenges by listening to our people, understanding that the technology has changed and we have to adapt to that technology," he said.
