UAE Work Experience attestation for Qatar MMUP exam
Hi, need some information for the procedure, I got a job offer in doha, after spendinng more than a decade in UAE, was in doha back in 2008, so the MMUP exam is not in effect at that time.
now heres the dilema, according to the employer who offered me a job in doha, i need to pass the MMUP examination to be able to get a visa and the position they offering me and as a requirement I need to attest my uae work experience in uae. since the diplomatic meltdown, unfortunately the qatar consulates and embassy inu Dubai and Abu dhabi, remains permanently closed. see attached picture. 
i am in limbo, on this one. i dont know how to proceed.
in addiction I have a Degree Equivalency certificate given to me by the ministry of Education in UAE. i dont know if this could help to my MMUP exam application.
any helpful response will be highly appreciated.
