The first edition of the series features a prominent Qatar-based Life and Executive Coach, Faten El Ayache, who shines a spotlight on the importance of self-affirmation.
Faten works on “empowering individuals of different career and social backgrounds including corporate executives, entrepreneurs, students, professionals, housewives and others who are keen on self-development to achieve their ultimate goals and who are striving to find their path.”

According to Faten, it is essential to understand the impact of positive communication with oneself, particularly in stressful situations as negative words are likely to produce negative results.
On the other hand, with the use of positive words and self-assurance of your capabilities, there is an increased sense of empowerment, she says.
With self-affirmation, one is able to overcome challenges and conquer his fears and anxieties. "You have the power within YOU. It's always in our words. Our words create our reality," she stresses.
