We are a leading Facilities Maintenance Company in Qatar, starting a new maintenance division looking for a Maintenance Engineer

 

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the team or sub-contractors for the installation, maintenance & repair works of compound / buildings.
• Responsible for planning, implementing and maintaining the infrastructure and equipment of building and facilities.
• Prepare reports for the works executed.
• Schedule and plan the PPM for MEP services.
• Cost Estimation of Projects
• carry out quality inspections on jobs
• liaise with client departments, customers and other engineering and production colleagues
• monitor and control maintenance costs
• improve health and safety policies and procedures

 

Requirements:

• Nationality : Indian Male only
• Available in Doha for a face-to-face interview
• Should be on a transferable visa with NOC
• Must have minimum 5 years experience in MEP & Civil works
• Must have Diploma / Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Civil & Electrical.
• Familiarity with regulations and building codes, computer skills including excel, word, outlook and AUTOCAD.
• Must be able to run the division independently
• Must bring substantial amount of new sales
