Job Offer from Qatar while working in Kuwait

Hello everyone.

I'm a Filipino expat from Kuwait and I just received an offer for a full time job from a Qatar based company. I am wondering if I can come directly from Kuwait to Qatar or do I need to go back to Philippines.

I currently hold a residence permit in Kuwait will cancel it once my joining date is finalized.

My recruiter is not sure about it and I am yet to receive a reply from the company.

I am excited to know so please if anyone can aswer me.

The best people to answer your query are your recruiters or the people at your company you are joining. But the information I have, you will need to return to your country and come back on a new Qatari visa.

You could also check with your embassy in Qatar by giving them a call or by sending them an email. Possibly they could guide you.
