How many days for Family Visit visa to be approved?

My wife is planning to come next week to Qatar. I applied on Metrash app two days ago for a family visit visa for my wife. How long does it usually take to get it approved? I know its late but my initial plan was to let her come on visa on arrival but the hotel booking thing became mandatory so i changed the plans.

Also, there were two marriage certificate upload areas. On one i added first page of marriage certificate and second upload area, i added NOC letter from employer. I am confused. Will this cause any issue and get rejected?
