Family visit visa to RP

Dear Members,
My family is here in Qatar on Family vist visa and i have the extended the visit visa upon doing the medical, now i have the Residency visa approved for my family, i have paid the fee (200QAR) for each of the family members and printed the visa, please could someone here guide me me on the way forward towards obtaining the QID.

@Nirmal..how long did it take for the RP approval?my family is on visit visa and it's going to expire on 20th August, applied for RP in June last week but status is still under review even today, went to gharaffa but at reception he asked me to wait for the messege....please suggest what can be done

Yes, am just waiting for QID's to be printed.
The procedure is simple:
1. once your RP is approved, close the visit visa and open the RP by paying 500 riyals per person, this avoids exiting the country.No need to visit immigration office for this, do it on Metrash > under visa Services Choose Open Close Visa.
2.Then visit Medical Commission and get the medical results updated to RP application by paying 100 riyals, No need to do the medical again, its just updating the results from visit visa application to RP.
3. Once the medical results are updated, visit any immigration centers and do the finger prints, you should get a message saying finger printing is OK, then Pay 520 Riyals ( RP+ QID +Qpost charges) on Metrash and that is it.
