Job Description – Business Development Executive (Qatar)
Telebu - A reputed company in Qatar is seeking a Business Development Executive. We are a well-established communications company with presence across GCC. The position is open for Qatar location. Our Office is in Al Mansour Business Park, 101,1st Floor, Saeed Bin Al Alas Street, Umm Ghuwailiana.
The candidate should be outgoing, have good background in sales. The candidate should have around 2+ years of sales and Business Development experience in B2B and B2C Sales with good client relationship. Candidate should be working in Qatar. Candidate should be well versed with English (Verbal & Written). Having a vehicle is an added advantage.
Job Description:-
· Business Development/Sales/Sales Operations/Client Servicing Experience: 2+ years of Total work experience.
· Experience selling Bulk SMS and innovative products like call centre apps or any solution selling is an added advantage
· Should be good at “Starting a conversation”
· Capability to achieve aggressive monthly sales & revenue targets. Accountable for sales targets both for team and individually.
· Capability to collaborate manage fond motivate a team in future.
· Creating informative presentations; meeting and presenting to prospects.
· Understanding client’s diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to customise company offering.
· Customer management to create interest in products and services and generate new business and arrange meetings.
· The candidate has to make calls to prospects , Lead Generation , on board various providers
· Will be the Point of Contact with Healthcare companies etc.
· Should possess the ability to interact, present credible discussions, engage with Senior Management level, build & construct clear, concise & easy to understand conversation.
Required Skills:-
· Candidate should have strong communication and presentation skills.
· Strong selling skills- client cold calling, lead generation, negotiation, closing deals.
· Business development experience
· Meeting clients & demonstrating capabilities will be primary focus.
· Candidate must be dynamic and should be with a go getter attitude and open to work under pressure
· Achievement of assigned sales & revenue target. Identify opportunities in Qatar market.
· Working with teams to ensure revenue generation and working on projects assigned on time to time basis
· Tracking competition, Government regulations, maintaining reports, recommending the stakeholders in the company about Qatar market.
· Ability to build relationships and manage/sustain Key Accounts.
· Must have a strong eye for detail and a thorough understanding of client expectations
Requirements:-
· A Bachelor’s degree (minimum) with 2+ years of relevant work experience.
· Good interpersonal skills.
· Candidate must be based in Qatar
· Valid driving license in Qatar
