Prior to this I worked with Al Raddadi Ready Mix Concrete Co & Factories as a dispatcher in Madina Munawara K.S.A. Nature of job Responsibilities:

 

·         Dispatch the ready-mix concrete in accordance with the shipping sheet paying particular attention to timely delivery, intervals & product codes as well

·         Report to direct the operations manager.

·         Planning all supplies in advance and making sure to deliver in time.

·         Frequently getting in touch with running projects and managing to get the major pour schedule in advance.

·         Receiving and adjusting program for a smooth delivery with most productive.

·         Reporting breakdown of plants, Ice plants, chiller plants and all other equipment’s such as Pump, TMS, Generator and following up maintenance  status

·         Schedule and conduct staff meetings.

·         Ensure compliance with all site procedure.

·         Obtains the availability of production equipment such as [number of trucks and pumps available for service, plant readiness and production capacity]

·         Obtains the volume of ready- mix concrete to be delivered to pouring site                                

·         Obtain the availability of raw materials & amount to be ordered and all key requirements for the safe delivery of works.                                              

·         Maintain contacts with the mixer driver, Truck Foremen, Pump Foremen & Crew to obtain all the relevant information on customer sit such as location, site distance & suitability equipment breakdown, rejected concrete poring status & time intervals between pours.

·         Ensuring the health, Safety and welfare of staff under control.

·         Ensure all staff out their duties in accordance with their job description.

·         Ensure all company and group procedures are in place including ISO procedure.

·           Staff motivation and achieving high productivity and controlling staff level and making it is not very high or low.

·         Comply with and implement HR policies such as the disciplinary procedure and controlling and implementing in house training.

·         Monitor close out of corrective action.

Position > Production Co-coordinator:

 

Responsibilities:

·         Receive customers’ orders and record all the relevant information on their daily requirement of the ready mix concrete accurately .And produce the shipping sheet in order to provide the customer with the best service possible under the optimum utilization of the production  equipment.

·         Obtain the availability of production equipment such as (number of trucks and     pumps available for service, plant readiness and production capacity)

·         Obtain the volume of ready mix concrete to be delivered to pouring sites.

·         Obtain the availability  of raw materials & amount to be ordered

·         Maintain contacts with the mixer driver, Truck Foremen, Pump Foremen & Crew to obtain all the relevant information on customer site such as location, site distance & suitability, equipment breakdown, rejected concrete poring status & time intervals between pours.

·         Maintain coordination with the dispatchers & the costumers

·         Making production reports.
