I am a well organized, self-driven and dynamic individual passionate about developing my career in the field of Accounting and Finance.  My commitment can be gauged from the fact that I am a graduate of one of the UK's well recognized universities: Southampton Solent University - BSc (Hons) Accountancy and Finance. In addition to my academic achievements, I am also partly qualified from CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) and currently engaged in continuous learning within the field.

My degree apart, I possess Eight plus years of solid experience as an Audit Associate cum Consultant of Accounting Systems, Sr. Accountant, Accountant consecutively at an Audit Firm in West Bay - Qatar, Transport and logistics Company and at a prestigious private educational institution in Sri Lanka. I have thus gained an extensive insight into the accounting and financial aspects. My key competencies include Accounts preparation and finalization, Preparation & Managing Budgets, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll Management, Corporate and Digital Banking, Cash Flow Management , Risk Assessments and Operational Level Strategy reviews.  Further, I have gained a special understanding of Zoho Books, Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, Odoo - Cloud based ERP and of course QuickBooks while being effective in explaining complex information in a comprehensive manner.

In addition, I have taken the initiative to propose a collaboration with Zoho at my present Audit firm due to the challenges our clients face in locating an effective accounting system. As a result of my efforts, we have successfully become an Authorized Partner of "Zoho One", and I feel immense satisfaction and pride in my role as a crucial member of the implementation team.
