3.Review all supplier invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment

 

4.Respond to all vendor inquiries

 

5.Preparing bills, invoices and bank deposits

 

6.Review all direct expenses and indirect expenses

 

7.Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients billing issues

 

8.Federal Authority VAT Filling knowledge

 

9.Payroll WPS Processing

 

10.Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted

 

11.Responsible for the accounting operations of the company

 

12.Communicate routinely with Project Managers on a variety of job-related topics including bonding, insurance and contract agreements.

 

13.Preparation of all monthly supplier aging report.

 

14.Process check requests

 

15.Following bank procedures

 

16.Following up with supplier PDC cheques against the invoice

 

17.Preparation of all monthly PDC reports in respective banks

 

18.Checking payment certificates of all MEP related projects.

 

19.Following yearly balance confirmation for supplier

 

20.Reconcile the accounts of all supplier ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
