Send to Embassy Status : Saudi Arabia Electronic Visa for Umrah showing this message

Dear All,

Can you please explain how to resolve this issue? Yesterday I applied for E-Visa for myself and for my family. My family members' visa was issued and they got them within 10 minutes.

But for my case, I tried 03 times by submitting my application with the required fee. still, the status is showing "send to Embassy". (My QID is Engineer and is valid for the next One Year)

Today even I visited Saudi Embassy, Officer told me he can not do anything because this is an electronic visa.

Please guide me how to resolve this matter. We planned to go to Umrah on 14/Mar/2023 due to the kids' vacations. There are only 02 days left. Is someone knows how to proceed?

i am facing the same problem, its been one week, the same message coming "send to embassy"...

even i send a mail to the cusomer care, but the reply is that sometimes it takes longer.
