Name difference

Hi,

my wife has single name in her passport.
when i went to immegration for family visa they said they cant keep single name in visa so they added her father name in surname.

they said there wont be any issue surname required in qatar as per the rules

I receieved her visa now

will there be any issue for my wife to travel to qatar anyone faced any issue
