 Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the QA/QC manager for controlling all QA/QC activities on the assigned project site.
• Monitor all quality related activities on the project (Inspecting the activities on the site according to Standards).
• Raising Non Conformance Reports (NCRs) to solve problems.
• Managing the process of inspecting work and materials on site.
• Responsible for closing the Snag lists of a project.
• Coordinate with the consultant’s representative and Site In-charge for inspection.
• Control all achieves documentation upon the completion of the project.

 

• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring      the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
• Liaise with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
• Planning, organizing and controlling daily site activities.
• To inspect and witness the work in accordance with the project scope & specifications.
• Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specification.
• Confirms adherence to construction specifications and safety standards by monitoring project progress, inspecting construction site.
• Scheduling material and equipment purchase and deliveries.
• Prepare the material request and forward the same to the procurement department.
• Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties with client, consultant, and other issues that may arise in the site.
• Attend weekly & monthly progress meeting with the client and consultant.
• Ensure the project run smoothly and structures are completed within the budget on time by coordinating with the PM.
• Monitor and follow up the progress to meet the project schedule.
• Coordination with client/consultant for inspections & approvals.
• Assisting the planning engineer for preparation of daily, weekly and monthly report.
• Resolve the queries of the consultant.
• To implement the Quality as per the company/project Requirements.
• Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on the site.
• Perform all the assigned responsibilities under the supervision of project manager.
