Job Title: Social Media Marketing Executive
Department: Marketing
Reports To: Social Media Manager/Marketing Manager
Job Summary: The Social Media Marketing Executive is responsible for creating, managing, and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads. This role involves managing social media accounts, creating high-quality content, analyzing performance metrics, and staying up-to-date with social media trends to ensure effective online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Content Creation & Management:
- Develop and schedule engaging, creative, and innovative content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, snapchat, YouTube, etc.).
- Create and edit visual and written content, including posts, stories, reels, and videos.
- Basic Photography and videography, graphic design, video editing to ensure brand consistency.
2.Social Media Strategy:
- Plan and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Identify target audiences and develop tailored campaigns to reach them effectively.
3.Community Engagement:
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers' comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Foster strong relationships with customers and influencers to promote brand loyalty.
- Address negative feedback promptly and professionally.
4.Campaign Management:
- Launch and manage social media advertising campaigns, including boosted posts and PPC ads.
- Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs such as traffic, engagement, and conversions.
5.Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze performance metrics such as reach, engagement, impressions, and conversions.
- Prepare and present regular reports on social media performance.
- Use insights to refine strategies and improve future campaigns.
6.Trend Monitoring:
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging technologies.
- Experiment with new content formats and engagement strategies.
7.Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales, and product teams to ensure a unified brand message.
- Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and brand ambassadors for partnerships and campaigns.

Desired Skills & Experience
Qualifications & Skills:
•Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
•Experience: 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing or a similar role.
Skills:
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Creativity and an eye for detail.
Working Conditions: This is a full-time position with occasional requirements to work during evenings or weekends for events or urgent campaigns. Remote or hybrid working may be offered based on the company’s policies.
