i need a help coz i dont know how to write letters to any company regarding if u want to request something, approval, reply for thier faxes. Or if u can tell me which link i can search that kind of letters.pls.help me.

If you take a trip to Jarrir bookstore you will find many books to help you prepare proper correspondence.
You will also find many format types so you will have to choose for yourself what it is you need.
If you feel insecure about writing letters such a book is money well invested.
Tip:
Just make the letter simple so whoever read it will understand.

Go to a bookstore, try to find a book "How to write a letters". And learn yourself. Trust me, you will learn it by frequent practice.
I bought one last year from Jarir bookstore that's along Salwa road. It cost you no more than QR50/. Good luck!
