3. Preparation of any Claims
4. Review of draft Contract Agreements prior to signature
5. Looking after the company interests from a contractual point of view
6. Preparation of Costings and Cost Estimates
7. Preparation of Bills of Quantities
In addition to the above we specialise in the checking of Consultant prepared Bills of Quantities for Contractors prior to the submission of Tenders.
