I can't believe how fast time has passed! I'm nearing the end of my assignment in Qatar, and will soon go back to Asia. Although I've had a bit of a struggle to adapt to Qatar (well, let's be honest, who hasn't?) the place really has grown on me. And of course meeting all you great QL'rs was a big part of that :)
So although I am really sad to say goodbye to you all, in the tradition of this forum, I think it is worth a goodbye party! I'm flying off on Thursday 9 August at 1 in the morning, so that same night sounds like the best time for drinks. Hope to see you all (old people, new people and everyone in between) at Bubble bar (first floor of the new Ramada) that night. I'll be there from 20.00h onwards, and probably will have to make a run around 22.30 to catch my flight... (the hard life of a jetsetter ;) )
