This is a family, bachelor and friendly trip, my wife, my two daughters & my son who will drive his patrol will come along. It's not only restricted to Filipino, every body is welcome. I can say like picnic party in the desert. If you want to swim to the sea it’s ok but water is too cold.

Yeah, need to also know the roads in case a landcruiser comes flying round the bend and squashes you. At night, it's easier to see and avoid crashing into them (as the headlights are on) BUT, during the day time.. better know the route and the unspoken which way going in and which way out. And somebody better have a gps.

But like I said, the organized ones are ok but expensive. Ruby, why don't you meet with TCOM and his family and then follow them on one of their trips? It'll be fun! And definitely much safer.

How will you know if those who PM you, even if they claim they are female, are not those with dubious intentions? How will you know if they are decent? Only if you have met them in person before and gotten to know them a bit.

But anyway, on 2nd thoughts, these are presumably organized desert safari trips - but the ones I know of is a certain flat rate across the board - so it doesn't matter if there's only 2 of you. And anyway, I presume that you'll meet up with them first and see if you get on before you go for the organized trips. I would think that it's reasonably safe (provided the company organizing the desert safari is a proper one and not a fly-by-night one.)

But then again, on 3rd thought - if the company is a proper one, they can combine 2 groups of 3 aside into 1 4WD - so that'll be better and safer, no? Qatar is a generally a safe place but ladies ought to exercise a lot more caution. Are you taken in by how the guys treat you with respect here? Note that it's generally where they have to, not where there is opportunity get away with having some fun, according to their definition.

Hi Wricks...sorry i didnt specified that we are going by group of 10,like 2 land cruiser will be use,we are still short of 6,me and my friends just cant afford to pay the whole trip thats why we decided if some friends can join with us,the more,the cheaper we can pay for the trip and we would love to meet some members here who likes adventure and sightseeing.
