We went there.

Disappointed and boring.

But it still a good experience for my kids.

The show took 2 hours if I can remember and it was really a very long 2 hours for me .

Just one little baby bear, couple of puppies, one big snake which doing nothing, that's all. Simple acrobatic show (really simpe).

Nymph, from Novita77's comments in another thread, the Russian circus is a re-run of the European Circus before Xmas in Qatar Sports Club.

I plan to take dd to RUssian Circus this week.  A colleague told me the main advantages of the front row QR80/QR100 seats

1)  your child might be picked by the clown to go on stage to do something 2)  your child might be bonked on the head with a soft plastic toy hammer

3)  your child might be splashed by water

These would scare and make dd cry so I'm gonna sit in the middle QR55 seats.  Apparently, the venue is small enough that any seats have a good view (cheap-middle-expensive seats).

We went there yesterday, during weekdays the show starts at 6.30 PM and there's only one. The performers seem to be retired from another circus, but it's worth watching especially where there are not much entertainment spots. It would be good for kids whom didn't see the circus before. There's not much group acrobatics, most of the performances are either solo or in 2-3 members.

Circus at QL has no particular time, but then you will never miss all the acts and the artists, Jugglers, Acrobats, Hoopers, Fire-eaters, Trapeze artists, Clowns etc. etc.
