Helo and thank you all all these informations really help, i will take into consideration the materials needed and i have just installed 4 brand new tires.
for the map i have a GPS and it has been helping me alot.
I'm travelling every year from Doha to Jordan, roads are very good, every 200 - 250km there is city where you can find every thing restournts, hotels, hospitals, pharmacies, gasoline stations and shops. So don't worry.
Regarding trip cost first you need to have transit visa from Saudi empassy which will cost you QR125 for each passport then after you pass Abu Samra (Qatar boarder) you need to pay QR70 insurance for one week for your car at Salwa (Saudi boarder) then you need to pay around JOD 20 at Jordan boarder for transit visa after that I don't know how much you should pay at Syria boarder.
You need also some money for the trip for:
- Gasoline QR 400 - 500.
- Hotel if you want to get rest in between (one night) QR160 - 250.
- Food, water, emergency .... QR 1000 - 2000.
Regarding the roads I advise you to buy from Jarier books store map for Saudi Arabia roads it is perfect.
Some of my friends travel from doha to jordan . As per them roads are good & u will find petrol filling station every 200 km . Just do good service of car before start of journey . Take enough food - water - emergency medicines etc .. etc . Al though you do not need anything . you will find everything in highway .

IT'S GOOD ADVENTURE BUT MAKE SURE U HAVE ENOUGH GAS AND EMERGENCY MEDICINE,FOOD,WATER,ETC.TIME COST DEPEND'S ON U UR SPEED LIMIT....
Depend on your knowledge of these roads.. otherwise you will spend the time taking the wrong roads and exits..!
as they said.. medicine.. water..food ..
and do a good service to your car..
check the car's wheel ..+ spare wheel
============================================
My advise.. Do fill the car's tank whenever the indicator reach the half of the tank ..
If you have a compass installed in your car.. that would be perfect..
