Does anyone here got any idea or have experienced some problem with this Giant Store Airline Voucher? This raffle entitles the winner of QR1,700/- voucher which may be used to purchase air ticket from the airline of your choice, only that ticket taxes shall be paid by the winner. We have inquired with this travel agency and their staff are giving different rates. We have made the booking and they gave the ticket price including taxes. Now when I said that I'll be using the voucher, they are telling that the price is different because of the taxes? What taxes? When I made the booking the ticket price is clearly given and mentioned that taxes are included. Are they suppose to tax the winning voucher? Is this some form of scam?

I'm sorry, airline of your choice but the ticket must be purchased from Horizon Travel & Tourism.
