Holiday/Visit to Doha

Hi everyone :) I am new here and well need alot of questions answered, sorry if that sounds arrogant just that my knowledge on Doha,Qatar isnt that good...

1. I would like to visit around the june/july period..do i need a visa to visit for 1/2weeks??

2. Names or/and rates of good cheap hotels..i am not really that bothered about 5stars etc..

3. How is the exchange rate? From british pounds to riyals??

4. Best airline to gow ith? i have heard alot of bad things about Qatar airways soo yahh :P

Why Doha? Its a nice place to stay but its not really great for a tourist visit. Do your research before coming here.

Yeap you do, but most likely depending on your nationality you can pick it up upon arrival at the airport.

2.

It's hard to find a good middle ground hotel... Soo many five stars, or to the other end of the spectrum crappy hotels... How about the Movenpic?

Yahoo Currency Converter? :S sorry...

LoL Qatar Airways isn't bad at all actually :) They don't have the worst rates out there and they have really sweet planes... All brand new and all... Gulf Air is cheaper but they are not very recommended...
