How long will it take to reach of the beaches?

Approx how long will it take to reach below beaches from Maamoura?
1) Dukhan Beach
2) Fuwairit Beach
i usually dont drive too fast, on highway i go aroundd 120 to 130. so if i plan to go and back the same day to any one of the above, can i make it or if there is any other better plan someone can suggest?
Try Sheraton or Intercon beach, it's the same thing you'd get, and save the travel too. only a suggestion.

As for Dukhan you will need 1hr if you go 120km, on the other hand Fuwairit (in the north) will need one and half hour.
maximum 1 hour.And just an advice, you can't even drive more than 100 going to Fuwairit Beach. To Dukhan, yes you can run as fast as 140 on certain stretch of the Highway!
