No more sharks

Unfortunately it has happening in Qatar now aswell probalby to supply local market due to influx of foriegn workers. You see finless sharks (thats not a species name) drifting near traps when your out wreck diving...SAD.

Think I saw a little 'diving man' near the other end of Salwa Rd. on the other side of the peninsula (on a map). Let me know how it goes, if it does.

Only arriving in TWO WEEKS :) so first on list is a dive. Still have to learn yhe spots, but have contacted clubs there to see about joining.

I thought you might take the bait on that one :) Any good underwater spots in Qatar? I've never been under with a tank. When is the best time of year in the P. Gulf?

Love sharks and can't get enough of them. Should be a ban on Sharkfin soup. Sickning hao the fins are harvested :(

Is it possible to have too many of us and not enough of them? I guess 'Mother Nature' will answer that question.

its not u n me.. there still many ppl who kill sharks.. i guess japanese luv eatin shark.. sorry if its not japan.. but its one of those countries..

I am always nice to sharks - but does it help ?

sad to know.. even sharks will be extinct.. !!! we have a lot of endangered species now..
