WHAT ARE THE RULES REGARDING EMERGENCY OR UNPAID LEAVE?
i need help i asked my superiors if i can go for emergency leave since my appearance in the court is needed regarding the properties left by my father i gave the letter from the Municipality along with my commitment letter that i will be back after 3 weeks and that i will extend 2 months to compensate the days that i was not here since my contract will soon be finish on October this year I will bear all the expenses i also told them that i will take the opportunity to get married in the Philippines since my mom will soon leave for Germany and every mother wants to see her daughter gets married now my boss is saying that they will only allow me to go for a leave if i will extend another 2 years with them which i will not because salary is not good plus i am not allowed to get pregnant for 2 years!they said either i will sign the contract or i will go for exit what should i do!!
thank you guys actually i have decided to resign since my husband is capable of putting me under his sponsorship ur right why should i stay in this company where they dont even care about their employees. thanks guys! its a big help!!!
It is clear blackmail from your superiors. Why comeback with same company? Also if you get married, better you & your hubby to be in the same place. Don't be afraid to loose your job here. As you said, your mom is in Germany, why not ask her to help you get a job in Germany? Or there are other reason of your emergency leave. Either way, decide wisely, since you'll get stuck with your present company for a long time if you don't make the move now.
