yea there is.

i was able to play with some folks. theres this organizers called duplays. and they let charge 40 per sessions.

but recently they stopped it cos they cant use the QIS (venue) anymore as the school has already started

And mee too I am staying in alwakra so if we wana play we have to go QBC(Qatar badminton club ) I know the place but I never enter that place but I know that place or there is charge per Hour I think 20/- QR if you wana play call me will pick l you but time is 5 pm to 10 pm that is a shadul of QBC thanks this is my number (30075986)thanks

i think you have lack of information about sports. Play this game first and then you will come to know how active sport badminton is. If you dont know how to play then that some other issue

Arey we can play at any open place..I can give one of my largest duppata or sarree to create a net in between...Why to make a fuss about place?

We all can bring 2 or 1 chair or mat and can create two courts for this...

It is all about to play only.

Weather is good and we can play just after newly under construction F ring road towards Barwa city there are long land stretch empty...

we will bring chairs...will start at 6.30 or 7 am and can play upto 11 or 12 and there we can play atleast 7-8 pairs in one go becuase there land is ample...

I always like to Play a lot..ok I can understand the availablilty of toilets etc but still we can find a empty plot near to anybody's home too..Isnt it...?

I have called Ramada but they only accommodate hotel guests and members (family), I also called Intercontinental Hotel, Sheraton and even American School of Doha but they said they don't have badminton court.

enough people who are interested in playing Badminton.The issue of course is the lack of courts. The Badminton Club next to Doha College has 2 indoor courts. One is reserved for members. From what I was told, they are not accepting new members. The second is open to all.However the place is packed (understandably so) and win or lose, you are limited to 1 game.

Anyone know of any indoor courts or even outdoor ones with proper markings and lights ?

now, we only need for an organizer, so we can able to bring members who wish to join, and at that point, we can set a meeting-how, where & when to schedule the first play, i know everybody are very much eager and hyper to beat a shuttle cock, hehehe. .
