Well, if you have any hobbies or interests, find yourself a group or a club of people with the same interests, it's easier to make friends with people that have things in common with you. I don't think you just want anyone to be your friend.

Well, what you need to do is use one of your hobbies to make friends, if you do not have any hobbies maybe it's time to start one. There are plenty of groups in Qatar for different kinds of hobbies and interests. good Luck
