I am an adult and I need to learn swimming. I dint learn wen i was a id thts different :P.

Lets bcum serious. Pls let me knw where i can find a good coach to train me to swim, as its important for me as i have back paon n doctors advised me to do swimming.

Right directions shall help my back to get back in place, thanks to Q.L

Any idea if H2O club or Qmotion have any facility to pickup and drop back kids after training
