i m national player of qatar cricket team i had 9 tours bahrain uae malysia singapore nepal srilanka till now u-15 u-17 -19 nd now i m promoted to national team still 6 7 years we didnt qualified the elite cup every time wo reach till final nd we loose beacuse we dont have turf wicket thats why we are not able to fight with those teams who got many experience like oman kuwait uae nd bahrain also r preparing but we qatar feeling sucks u know...our board QCA qatar cricket association they r not doing anything juz sitting nd juz this...
but i heard tha sheikha mozah i think doing alot to promp cricket nd tha ground is being prepared in industrial area i hope when i complete so international level we will also see future matches of pakistan indian srilanka etc!
Qatar is not much in to Cricket ..they are mostly in to sports and football .. so i dont think they are going to host such an event in the near future ..

If we have such event than this will be great entertainment for SRI, IND, PAK nationals.
Qatar Cricket Association can do some efforts for the similar event. Since there is no security issues in Qatar. Such events will have a great success for the sports in Qatar.
