Looking for Advice 'bout trip to Purple Island, Al Khor

Hi All,

I am planning to take a trip to Purple Island, Al Khor from Doha tomorrow (Dec 17, 2020). Since I don't have a car, my options are limited to Cabs and public buses. Since tomorrow is a holiday, I suppose the bus service will not be there.

My question is, Does Uber cover inter-city trips from Doha to Al Khor? Also, online research shows Purple Island is somewhat distant from Al Khor city center. There is a bit of unpaved road till the Purple Island parking lot. Does Uber pick-up from therre and takes trip all the way back to Doha?
