Residence issue /QID Issue/exit permit
Hi all
I have problem with the comapny i am interetsed to travel back to my home country.
i came to qatar on 18-march- 2019 on coampany visa its expired on 31-may-2019.
i went for medical and finger print.
but there is an issue with my QID.
In 2016 i came to qatar to one company as engineer and the comany don't have projects and they couldnt pay salaries on time they infomred me if you want go back you can go back to country and your QID is not done.
in August 2016 i left qatar by submitting resignation.
but the thing is comapny made my QID and they didnt informed me that they made my QID.
Now at present company they are saying there is QID on my passport number and its showing 10000 QAR fine.
As if now i resigned for this job because there is verbal abuse at sites on me by technicians in Arebic.i recorded the voice note ad shared to manger.
there is physical abuse at accomodation too here the persons are not discplined i feel not safer with this company i need to go back my country.
comapny said end of july they wll provide exit paper but they didnt provide , when i asked about exit paper they are saying manager is not availbale in qatar , there is no online process in my case manger has to submit hard copy with his sign in immigration department to get exit permit.
kindly can anyone suggest me please what can i do in this case to go back to my home country

QID is showing it's expired on 1-12-2016.
This id is done by previous compny .and they didn't cancel the QID what can I do now .
How can I get exit permit
For checking if QID has been issued , you need to enter the Passport number ...ofcourse not a QID number!!!!!!!!!!!!!!....You First of all check for yourself if a Qatar ID has been issued...as I had explained....
Exit permit committee also wil help you to get NOC in case of abuse in your current company.
Brother u just go to Exit permit committee and human rights department located in old traffic building in Madina Khalifa. Exit permit committee will help u to leave company and human rights committee will help u for your situations in both companies.
Both departments are in old traffic headquarter in madina khalifa working from 7 to 1
If QID is issued by previous company which i left in 2016 ?
they didnt share any details about QID with me previously.

First of all check for yourself if a Qatar ID has been issued. You can find it at the Click of a button...why to make all this SOS calls???????

Enter Passport Number + Verification Code
Case 1: If it shows QID, then Yes it has been issued
Case 2: If it shows Wrong passport details, the QID has never been issued.
You are in a difficult situation. Your company is p-l-a-y-i-n-g with you for sure. With no ID in hand, you cannot approach the National Human Rights Committee as they will ask you for your QID for registering a petition. You cannot, to my knowledge seek the assistance of the Labour Court either. You company knows about all this and since they are outright crooks, they are creating problems for you. They are enjoying from the terrible situation you are in. As I understand, you company is hoping that you get caught by the police and then get deported. Should this happen, you will not be allowed to return to your accommodation to pick up your bag and baggage but will be sent home directly from the airport after completion of formalities. My suggestion is that you hand yourself over to the CEID department. Go there early morning with your bag and baggage. Tell them your situation and that you wish to leave Qatar. They will take care of things from there on and you should be able to go after completion of formalities. I am told they also arrange for the ticket in such cases.
While you have face all this cruelty and pain for so many months, it is unusual to note that you have not mentioned the name of the company where all this is taking place. Do this when you reach your home and let other QLers know the working of such companies in Qatar. I had openly written about one such company at QL several months back which is run by criminals and thieves. The thieves were brazenly stealing water and power for several years at their workers camp in Wakra.
It is sad that there are so many loopholes in the system of Qatar that many companies openly flout the rules and regulations of the country and get away without facing any penalties or punishments. Your case is one such glaring example.
Present company saying QID is done by previous company.
and present company cannot make my ID.
all i need is where can i get details how can i travel back to home country.
I have a doubt how the present company can provide me new visa .
if there is allready one QID and if there is showing some fine on my passport related issue.
i am confuded , how can we check the details of fine and QID and how to get exit permit to travel back.
where can i get all this details
i too dont know weather QID is done or not .

You have not clarified in your post whether you have a Qatar ID or not at the moment. Having one or not having one changes the entire scenario of your case.
