All the test were strictly commissioned and evaluated by consultancy officers. Site: Fertilizer And Chemical Travancore. Project: Replacement of a Bottom Plate Of a Phosphoric acid storage Tank No: 1204. It was a maintenance work. The existing bottom plate were replace by new one. The thickness of Plate was 12mm. The stiffness were properly placed so that uniform seating of plate was aachived. Testing and Commissioning: Vacuum test. Chalk test and Hydro test were performed and report were commissioned by third party.
