A company has issued a “work yearly resident visa ” and i didnt join that company and never used that visa and i didnt travel to Qatar , now that VISA has expired , on MOI Website it is showing “VISA IS EXPIRED” but on “VISA STATUS” Column it is Showing “Valid to Use” can you please explain what does it mean . Now a new company is going to apply a work visa for me will they get a VISA or not.
6 months ago when the company for which I have been selected has sent me an work yearly resident visa but due to the profession mistakes made by the company I was not able to go qatar and that visa has never been stamped but after 6 months when the visa's date has got expired and when I checked it on MOI Qatar website it's showing the following, Visa validity: the visa is expired. Visa status: valid to use. Now what does that mean it's expired or not because visa status column is showing valid to use. Please help
Hi QL members, I have been selected for a company and they mistakenly sent me an Engineering profession work yearly resident visa and the problem is i dont have any engineering certificate so i informed them and when the company tried to change the profession from the visa it has been denied and i dont know why. So i gave up and took back my passport but the visa status on moi is still showing that its valid may be the co. has not canceled it yet. now my question is can i get hired by a new employer after that visa get expired? And the second issue is will there be any problem with profession if the new company issues a low category or staff level visa because the earlier visa was engineering profession visa and it was never stamped as i never entered qatar with that visa.
